Returns & Refunds
Our digital products
Because our products are digital downloads, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense — once files have been downloaded, they cannot be taken back. For that reason, all sales are final once your files have been downloaded, and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.
When we will make it right
We’re a small studio and we want every customer to be delighted. If something is genuinely wrong, we will always fix it. You can expect a replacement or a full refund if:
- your download link doesn’t work or the files are corrupted;
- you receive the wrong product or files are missing from your purchase;
- a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving your purchase.
Simply email contact@atelierbygattonero.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we’ll put it right as quickly as we can.
Before you buy
- All templates are edited in Canva — a free Canva account works for most features; Canva Pro may be needed for certain premium elements.
- Colours can vary slightly between screens and devices.
- Templates are intended for personal editing — they are not suited to major layout redesigns.
Please also read our product descriptions carefully and try the demo links where provided, so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.
Future paper stationery
When printed stationery is introduced, this page will be updated with a separate returns policy covering physical goods, in line with EU and UK consumer distance-selling rules.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including rights under EU consumer protection law. See also our Terms & Conditions.
