Digital delivery
All products sold on Atelier by Gatto Nero are digital downloads. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery addresses, postage costs or customs charges to worry about.
How and when you receive your files
- Once your payment is confirmed, a download link appears immediately on your order confirmation page.
- You will also receive an email with a secure download link, usually within a few minutes of purchase.
- Your files remain available to download from your account page at any time within the download window (3 downloads, valid for 14 days).
If something goes wrong
If your email hasn’t arrived within an hour, please check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Email us at contact@atelierbygattonero.com with your order number and we’ll resend your links straight away.
A note about future paper stationery
We plan to offer printed stationery in the future. When physical products are introduced, this page will be updated with full delivery times, costs and the destinations we ship to. For now, everything we sell is delivered digitally, worldwide, at no extra cost.
